• To have this policy into action good management practices and leadership is required which has to keep track of their employee’s health and benefits .So at times when the actual scenario comes in, inline managers would provide the best help to their employees.
• Each employee working as a part of Marucom whether it is contract or on roll basis is trained enough to follow the safety precautions at work to keep their health out of any risk.
• All Company employees are required to comply with the Company policies regarding Health and Safety.
• Health and policy terms vary from places to places and to govern it to the best it is required to comply with all the local legal health and safety norms.
• The company identifies the risk related to the health and safety of the employees and takes preventive measures against it
• All employees are informed about the safety measures need to be taken while working.
• Adequate arrangements are maintained for employees to raise concern about their health and safety within the work place
• Safety equipment and devices are placed in the company to avoid any risk of accident.
• If any concern regarding health of an employee comes then proper action would be taken by the committee entitled for health and safety policy.

This policy requires employee’s individual cooperation and support .As the terms are defined keeping employees benefit and their individual participation in mind. Committee monitors the policy rules and objective.
